This Company answers the telephone as they were the hotel guests are attempting to reach. The customer does not know who they are speaking to. The hotel I sought I found out later had rooms but they stated they did not. Call the hotel directly. They mislead the general public. If you have time call and you will see. 866-257-5990

  • Roomstays replies to all customer complaints that come to us directly with your email and your itinerary number. You can send your complaint to [email protected]. I am the CEO and will handle it personally.

    We do not pay third parties to resolve issues on our behalf. We are an A- rated company with the Better Business Bureau and you can find our corporate phone contact information there.

    Hotels distribute their inventory to over 50,000 travel agents worldwide. They reserve the right to retain some rooms for their own direct distribution, so do not have to show their rooms available on every site that has distribution. This is not a misrepresentation, any more than Target being out of any item on their shelf, where you can order directly from the manufacturer.

    Our call center is a shared call center and as such, they do not answer every call with our company name. Our costs would increase substantially to our clients if we had that private label service. Our call center is manned by the #1 company in the travel industry, Expedia, with an A+ Better Business Bureau rating. Our staff are trained to NEVER misrepresent themselves as the hotel. If we have your email and itinerary number, we record every call and can go back and listen.
