I ordered a Nikon SB-400 flash from their website, which had the lowest price around, and they advertised as "in stock". After I placed the order, the next day I got an email from them saying it was out of stock, and shortly after, a saleswoman from the company called to say that she can give me another flash of better quality for the same price. After checking, the flash she was referring to was low grade knockoff. Later I found many complaints of this type online, from other websites. I told the saleswoman to send me the original item when in stock. Several emails went back and forth about the inventory, but they always respond by saying it was on the way shortly.
