I was looking for a loan and tried Pay Day Loans, I did not get a loan, but on my Bank Statement there are 2 charges. 8-11 for a Premier membership Club for 99.49, and on 8-12 to a Platinum service for 99.95. In checking these out, I found they are both run by Pay Day loans. I did not authorize these 2 charges. it caused many overdrafts and I have spent much time in the bank to try to straighten it out. It is illegal for them to charge my bank account without my permission. The wording they have used is not clear on anything for a normal person to understand just what they are talking about.
