The store gives only a gift card instead of cash back when you return an item you deciide you dont want. I bought a nutribullet but it had no juicer so I wanted to exchange it for a magic bullet that did. The price was $177.00 with tax. There was no magic bullet at the store so I ended up with a bunch of junk I did not want but had to buy because all I had left was a gift card from a store that sells mainly junk. As the slick manager complained to me, all things are made in Mexico so what do I expect?
Sir, I expect you to honour the products you choose to sell at your store. You sold me an extended warranty too but refused to refund that money as well. That is theft.
