I too asked for a free trial of this product which I received in January. Last week I received another bottle of dermajuvenate which I hadn't expected. I managed to contact them and was told that I should have cancelled my contract with them within 14 days. I only asked for the free trial. At first she said she would only refund £50 and close my account. I said that wasn't good enough and wanted the whole amount as it was taken without my consent. She went away and came back and said that she would refund the whole amount. We'll wait and see.
