This makes the second letter that my mom has gotten through the mail.This is a scam and it is so horrible how these people take advantage of the elderly. They automatically think that they have won something and really don't think before sending them money back. My mom has health issues and so does my dad, they don't need this type of stuff. These people need to be caught and prosecuted. Please warn others about this and these type of scam artists.
