i got in contact with this company regarding flights to bangkok thailand and was told i would get my tickets within 24-72 hors but then after they took full payment they said i would get them 72 hours before i fly our and i keep getting fobbed off by saying they would get kevin to ring me but i havent had this phone call as of yet, the number given to me is 0203 051 0519

- They are now refusing to give me my money back and my friends even though they haven't issued me tickets they tried saying if I paid a further 690 I could travel with the company that they refused our booking
