on their website they indicate they are apple authorized dealers. i contacted them and they sold me some tech package for 249 plus, anti virus plus a printer (which could not be shipped to canada) and then a annual package
i used there tech support - they totally messed up my computer ended up at an Apple store --- they could not believe what had been done to my computer and did not understand why i would be getting an anti virus.
i tried to get my money back... they stonewalled... big mistake on my part. moral - stay local
