Bought bit defender 2013, they sent me a fake link, and I ended up only getting bit defender 2012. I called for a refund and they told me I had to call bit defender and get a bunch a codes and call them back, they snuck unmentioned tax fees into the total after I agreed to pay a different total. 100 % scam
