To my keen regret I am forced to ask you for help, because I really do not know what to do.
On the 16th of October I placed my order with the company (www.cutieclothes.com, www.dresskidsup.com, www.simplyfrog.com).
The owners are Steve and Linda Madsen.

They withdrew money from my card, but will not ship the order and will not react in any way to my numerous letters and phone calls. But they continue to send me new offers promising discounts.
Besides me there are other people who, according to the information from
http://www.facebook.com/DressKidsUp, cannot get their orders or money back.
I will be grateful to you for your assistance in solving this problem.

- Hi Marina, I am dealing with the same sort of thing right now with this company. I purchased a boys set and only received half of the set. I have emailed them 3 times and left numerous voicemails to no avail. I also posted here and with the BBB. Sadly I doubt anything will happen but good luck with yours!
