SOS marketing solution is an online company that specializes in the owner financing of recreational vehicles. They match sellers of RV's who cannot sell their RV to buyers of RV's who cannot obtain conventional financing. They contact sellers and tell them that they can sell their RV for no fee. They negotiate a price with the seller, in my case $74,500. They then, without telling the seller, list the RV for $82,500. They find a buyer, tell them the price is $82,500 with an $8000 down payment that goes toward the principal of the RV. They collect the $8000 deposit and draft a contract for both parties to sign. This brings the price of the RV back to the original negotiated price from the seller and they pocket the $8000 down payment. In my case, I was the buyer, and when the seller found out that this was what they were doing business he withdrew the contract. Now, I payed $8000 to this company and have no RV. They refuse to return the money and state that they will find me another RV and transfer the down payment to the new RV which will be listed $8000 above the price so they profit fully on the buyers behalf.
