This company is a complete scam! After reading TONS of complaints on BBB website, this one and many others, I am realizing my fears are right! I wont get my computer nor will I get my money back. There is nothing in the contract I signed stating ANYTHING about paying 300 before my computer was shipped! MATTER OF FACT! AFTER WEEKS OF CALLING AND ONLY GETTING AN "ANSWERING" MACHINE, I finally acted like a new customer so I could talk to someone. Spoke with a guy who claimed to be the "manager" on duty and he did nothing but give me the run around and lie and then try to cover up his other lies WITH MORE LIES when I called him on it! Told me he'd call back the following Monday which was 2/25/2013 with a TRACKING NUMBER cause he claimed my laptop was shipped (ANOTHER LIE) never heard a thing back from that liar or any of there other SCAM ARTIST EMPLOYEES! Would like my money back and until then I will contact whoever I can (lawyers) news stations, websites (RIPOFFREPORT.COM is my next stop) or anyother resource I can think of.

- Hello John, I purchased a computer in January. Firstly, the company does not require $300.00, it requires $240.00 down payment. Which is cleared while the computer is being built (UNLIKE competitors they don't ship our refurbished or used computers). However, I am curious as to find out what "lies" the Sales Representative "Piled on top of you". I was treated very nicely by a sales representative named Victor who promptly provided me with my tracking number after I cleared my down payment. If you are to contact lawyers, news stations and websites it would end up not benefiting you and making you feel foolish.In your Contract, just like mine, (the one we willingly signed)it states the required down payment and shipping cost. Now they have a new policy in affect that it gets shipped on on the first payment. If you have further questions Call 888-422-5226 they would be happy to be of assistance to you as they were to me.

- in reply to the lady who commented, the lies that he told me was that my laptop was had already been shipped and since it was a "FRIDAY" he would call me back the following monday with a tracking number and Monday came and like always, I DID NOT GET ANY RETURN PHONE CALL AND AS USUAL CALLING DOES NO GOOD UNLESS YOU SELECT "NEW CUSTOMER" THEN YOU GET VICK AND HIS LIES. So back to the whole shipping issue! AMAZING that after I post this site and others I actually get a phone call from them a few days ago telling me how they switched finance companies blah blah blah and they were calling to inform me that as soon as I e-signed some documents my laptop WOULD BE SHIPPED! NOW PARDON ME, BUT WAS THERE ANY REASON FOR VICKTOR TO LIE AND TELL ME IT WAS SHIPPED? Flat out HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Evidently he was too concerned with leaving work or starting his weekend to actually view my account and give me HONEST updates. Doesnt speak highly for him or the company. I dont care what you say the way they handle there customers is like crap and I'm not the only one who feels this way!
