I received an email invoice for this company saying they were taking my 14 day vip sub of £45 and when I checked my bank account it has been taken already but not yet claimed their end so when I called my bank to dispute it they advised that they can't refund it until it has cleared so in the meantime I have cancelled my debit card to prevent them from doing this again.
Their open hours are 9am to 3pm which are ridiculous and I want to know where the hell they got my details from?!
Hopefully my bank will help me get my money back but they shouldn't be allowed to do this at all.
