Please DONT trust Impress vacation. This is a SCAM!

They called me (caller name was Maya) and told me that I have won a FREE vacation to Orlando Fl, Daytona beach Fl, Cancun Mexico, Las Vegas NV, Miami Beach for 4 days a free day Disney Cruise and some kind of discount shopping card worth $100.
The trip is entirely free, I am only responsible for the meals & hotel taxes and a small registration fee of $574 for two person and I can include two more people free of charge.
After I paid the registration fees, she told me that she will send me an email shortly with my trip itinerary.
Super excitedly, I waited for her email, upon receiving the email I found NO itinerary of any sort, just a link which takes you to their FRAUD website.
I called them up to tell this and found out that I also have to PAY for all the FLIGHTS. I told them that I cant afford to pay for flights for the next two years as Im a student and I would like my money to be refunded.
The agent asked me call other department for refunds. I had to call that department several times, finally someone from that department called me & refused by YELLING that the registration fees is non-refundable, not LETTING ME speak a word.
She also told me that just because Ive CLICKED on a link that went to their website, that means, Ive made reservation with them. How in the world is that possible that without putting the dates, time, flight information, you can make reservations just by going to a website. That was really SENSE-LESS.
I immediately realized that something is FISHY because no company treat their costumers that RIDICULOUS.
After finished talking, I googled about this company and found that they there are many VICTIMS like me of this scam. I cancelled my credit card right away and my BANK is going to DISPUTE the amount but Im not sure whether that is going to get my money back. Maya charged me $600 something instead of $574.
WHERE CAN I REPORT THIS COMPANY AND HAVE ANYONE MANAGED TO GET THEIR MONEY BACK FROM THEM? KINDLY ADVICE!
