There were charges on my Eppi Card for the above amount from this place and I have never heard of it. I called my card service center to report this and just received a letter from them dated 9/13/11, stating after a thorough investigation based on the information I provided them and my account history, they are denying any claim of fraud. This is my daughter's child support account and I have no idea how or why anyone would want to take from this account....please help.
