I saw an offer beside my aol e-site offering a free sample of a skin care product. I read cardfully and saw no mention of it being a trial period after which I would have to pay for anything because i think that kind of deal is always a ripoff. Later I dsy sn sttempt at a charge on credit card that I feared might be about this product but there was no contact information listed nor was there any contact information given in the package in which the procuct arrived. When the charge went through fot $97.98 I called the number listed as NuSkin and wss told that I had ordered a trial period and the time had run out to return the product. They refused to refund my money. I want to do whatever possible to keep this company from tricking others.
