I am officialy a victom of the standard us scam. I actually talked to this lady, who calls herself "Cynthia" n I was telling her that I really didn't wonna do it because its sooo many scams out here. N was telln her about all the scams I come across. She really told me like" oh u dnt have anything to worry about like that with us. She said "its a one time fee of 199.00 that's completly refundable if I dnt find a hse with them in the next 30 days. I guess I was too desprate to move n find me a big nice house for the first time in my life:-(...............
