They said I was approved for a 5K loan and I need to send in 367 for insurance in case I defaulted. Then they told me the IRS approved me for a $10,000 grant due to my situation. They said I need a tax certificate and I had to certify my identity (twice). Then I had to verify my address. Then they wanted a friend to verify me. I told them I wanted to cancel the whole thing and just get my money back. They said I could do that. Now they keep throwing more fees at me, saying they are agent fees and the IRS is charging the fees and the Western Union fees to send the money back. This St. Petersburg location says it is part of the Washington DC location. I'm filing a complaint with every law enforcement I can am getting an attourney.

Update: 03/04/2013

I have pdfs of all the western union and money gram transactions if you need them. I tried to upload but it did not work.
