Said biweekly but never credited our mortgage company. The mortgage company withdrew from our account in addition and said they never got the funds. No on line account with NBA, once the files were registered, no additional access was granted so I could not see my contract. The customer service people would not send me a record of our conversations. Lastly, they said they withdraw twice a month but do a lump sum at the end of every month (how does this save money!?). There is also a transaction fee with every transaction of $3.
