Met on social site. All contact through email and chat. He said he worked for Toyota and wa in Manhattan building vehicles for French Military in Mali. Asked to go to mali to couple vehicles. Explosion, men hurt and one died. Needed money to help men hurt and to get parts for vehicles damaged. Also to pay military for vehicles damaged in explosion. As per contract he signed. Also said he had a disabled brother in Richmond Va. Then he got paid could not pay taxes so could not get back to the states. Did not send anymore money.
