I met Mr. Carter on the internet on a dating site, last October 2012 and he was in Afghanistan and he says he is a Colonel of the American Army. He told me about a special package that he needed to get out of Afghanistan because of its content it was not safe to keep it over there so he tried to send it to me accompanied by a Diplomat and it all started there, the diplomat needed money because the package was stopped in Ghana, etc etc,
Mr. Carter is a charming person and he did sound very credible. He was suppose to come to me before Christmass but for so many credible reasons he is still in Ghana and still asking me for money to get out of there.
Now I'm so mad at myself for having been caught in this scam and so embarassed.
Mr. Carter has taken all of the money I had on my credit cards limits and now I can't make the payments.
Please help me get some of my money back.
