An order for Drum parts was made in Dec 2011 (order#33503) One item was backordered. After Several attempts to refund the money already paid for this item, and several E-mails , and a complaint to the BBB I still have not received the $67.50 , promised me from this company.
Update: 03/22/2013
On March 21, 2013 Drum Supply House had refunded the complaintant through PayPal. This issue and misunderstanding has been successfully resolved.
