it all started when i wanted to buy a puppy from one so called maria baggas for 380 when he told me he had relocated to minnesota and i had to pay for shipping the puppy to me over here in South carolina.i paid 380 for delivery and after i was asked for insurance which was not our initial agreement regards getting the puppy to me.
