a 1876-353-0863 number called me and informed me that they were publishers clearing house and that i won 850,000.00 and a brand new truck.i was given the license plate number of the truck and told to go to wal-mart and purchase a green dot money pack card for 230.00 for shipping the truck and to give them the scratched off numbers on the card i did so and still have no one show up
