i actually used the services and was aware i had to make a tough negotiation as well as meeting very high income 3-4x the amount at first i thought it was to good to be true and using the staff team which was not to keen but upon personal diligence i managed to get into a home in las vegas nv the paper work is tricky but if you figure the owners situation and discuss the manner with the banking institute rather than the person themselves it may work for you as well
