They call my ex- husband and said to him I owes a loan company money. I am on the run and I fraud the loan company through a bank I no longer a member. They told him that I would be going to court and jail for fraud, worthly checks. For that I called them they left the number 1-855- 414-5465 Ext 156. So, I called them at that number the lady answer the phone said for me to hold on cause she is talking to a lawyer on the other end. Then she came back on about 5 min asking me about my last four Social Security Number. What I didn't say. Then she said my name is Carol Smith that you owes 1600 to this loan company. I asked what the name of the loan company. She said loan point USA. I recalled a loan company almost with that name but it wasn't the company and she says, it can through the bank I used to be a member. Then she said you need to pay 1600 or be summoner I told her I don't have 1600.00. Well we can make a payment but you will to pay $800.00 today or we will come to your job to summoner you and you will how to pay court costs and that is $5000.00. So, I paid the $800 to the company off my debt card. Then they made payment with me for $650 every two week. Then I came home and went into my files and check with the old bank they said the loan came through no recalled. I did research on the internet come to find out they scam many people and the company don't resisted. The man name is Frank Byrd 1-855-414-5465 ext 303 called themselves Capital Solution. Thanks,
