On their first page I registered to get information with no indication about fees. I continued to page two asking for credit card details with no indication about fees. I never would have given this information had I know there was a $99. fee to be charged to my card. In response to my email complaint about the $99 charge to my account, they replied that it was stated, evidently on the third page that is too late--I never saw it. They insisted there is no refund. Visa refused to block the payment or block their relationship with the company. A SCAM.

- I just called Bidrack to report what happened. The representative said that I ordered a package of bids when I gave them my credit card -- apparently this is 2-3 pages in, as Verna said. I am going to e-mail them again, but it doesn't look like will be much recourse. I am going to the bank tomorrow to report it, to our Master Card company, and then to my lawyer. Big day. But they picked on the wrong person. I will not let them get away with it.
