Comes in form of Award Notification letter. Gives contact info for processing in London UK at 011-44-772-3617. Contact David Shawn or Helen Anderson. Gives winning numbers. Tells you $250,000.00 is your for the claiming-----BUT you must provide a Clearance Fee.
Beware-this is a scam. Address on letter is 55 Leamington House, Horse Rd., West Ham, London E15 2LB UK. Advises you to keep winnings confidential. (Guess why?). I was fortunate to find this site which alerted me. Thank you.
