Ordered a Panasonic Lumix TS4 online for a birthday gift on Feb. 18. I received an email confirmation immediately. Didn't hear anything so I called on Feb. 26 to find out the status and was told they were waiting for it to arrive (not in stock). I called again on Mar. 1 and was told it should ship on Monday. Called again on Mar. 6 and was put on hold for almost 15 minutes. A different guy came on and said they did not have it in stock so I cancelled and asked for a cancellation number. He said they would send an email and it would be the order number. I received the cancellation email but the number was different so I sent a reply saying they needed to check their records as the numbers did not match. I got a reply "they are one and the same." The customer service operators are rude. The website is a giant lie as they say the items ship within 1-2 days and their business hours do not match the posted times on the website. When I called on March 1, the guy tried to sell me an extra battery and card.
