On Nov 22ed I called Direct Tv and asked them to take a charge off that they put on and was not authorized to.At that time they un bundled me from Verizon,which I was paying a monthly bill for phone,internet,and tv.Direct Tv started billing me seperately.For two mths I tried to get this resolved,to no advail.So I contacted Karen Crumsho at Consumer Affairs @856-384-6855,she took over the case,which now has been resolved March 1,2013.I had a service man come in 2/17/12 was not aware that thaey have a 2 year contract in place whenever they make a change to your service.I know i am not the only one that doesn't know this and should be told up front.I feel Direct Tv is a rip off and like to know if I can persue this further.My number is (Personal Information Removed).In order to get rid of there terrible service I had to pay $202.18 to cancel contract.They are a greedy company.
