I would like to know if anyone has successfully cancelled a mizulean order? I stupidly ordered then read the small print (I know VERY stupid) and it does mention the debit after 14 days. I panicked and got straight on the phone to cancel within 20 minutes of ordering.
The line was terrible but the lady I spoke with (in the US) advised the order had been cancelled and I would be refunded within 7 working days. She said I would NOT get an email confirmation of cancellation!
I called my bank to ask for help but having used a debit card I was told I can't do anything to ensure its not debited in the future.
I feel like a complete idiot!
