I received a call from Jack Austin stating I was eligible to receive a 5000 loan, unsolicited. I believe they got info from Loan search engine I used to seek loans. Austin said they would call back. I got a call back and Austin said my credit was not good and I needed to purchase a Money Pak with 10% of the loan amount to show strength of purchase. I told them I only had $300 so I needed to reduce my loan to $3000. Austin said he talked with his supervisor and the $300 would be okay. I bought and gave Austin the $300 Money Pak Number and he said he would have funds in my bank in 30 minutes. He called back and said the software wouldn't accept the $300, that I need to give them another $200. I said I didnt have that and he said no problem, he would call back. After two weeks of not being able to call or receive calls because of cell phone repair, I called back 3/6/2013 and told them I could not give more than the $300, so just process for $3000. I did not tell them of the original $5000 request because I was suspicious and to test them. Indeed, Austin said he saw my request for $3000, when the last time I talked, he only mentioned $5000. Austin said they would not do that, they needed another $200 because of poor credit. I told them I could not. Austin called today and asked my decision. I said, "What decision? I already said I couldn't give more" I told them to cancel my request and release the block on the Money Pak. Austin said they would not. I asked him if he was keeping $300 without any services rendered. He said it could not be put back in. I asked if he just put a block on it, why couldn't it be unblocked. He backtracked and said it was a paperwork fee. I told him, no way, any charges should have been discussed up front. I had asked yesterday for a simple email stating I would get the loan if I managed to come up with the extra $200. He said he could not so I became more suspicious. There was suppose to be 2 other guys I talked with, Bobby Brown and Fred Gibson but he could just tried changing his voice. However, all voices had a strong Indian-type accent and the names are just that of celebrities. I am now out of $300 plus the $5000 I need to borrow in the first place and had stopped looking for it when Austin said I was approved, guaranteed.
