We flew to Santiago, Chile to board the Star Princess. We had paid for a transfer from the airport to the Intercontinental Hotel when we arrived on Jan. 14, 2013. After about an hour we dedided they were not going to show and took a taxi with another couple from the ship that were also waiting to a ride. We had the misfortune of finding a dishonest cab driver and he planted two of his friends to grab our computer bag, the second we turned our backs. We have had our travel agent contacting the people in the legal dept of Princess and have only received a brush off from them. Their latest ploy is that we reserved the transfer 4 days before we arrived therefore they are not responsible. What do we do next.
