Submitted an order for a taser, instant email response said my order was confirmed, checked online and my charge card was charged. Email said delivery was 2-8 days, shipping charge was $21.05.
I received no notice my order had been shipped and have not received my order. Phone calls reach only an answering machine, calls never returned. Customer service emails are not replied to.
I should have checked here before ordering, but unfortunately I didn't. I am going to report fraud and file a dispute with my credit card company. Suggest if you have a problem with them that you do the same.
