I did a survey which said it was for shoppers drug mart and it said you get your choice of free gift if you send $4.95 shipping and handling. I know i shouldn't do anything on line but i thought it was through shoppers drug mart. A month later the collagentalux company charged me $148.82 on my card which i did not authorize.
