I went to an FYE/For Your Entertainment store in May 2012. I bought a CD binder with a credit card. The salesgirl tried to talk me into getting their VIP Backstage Pass. I said no. I had never been in that store before, and had no reason to expect to be back. The girl said it was free. I finally agreed. I guess I thought I was doing her a favor. I never used their card and probably threw it out. A few months later I saw a charge on my credit card statement from "FYE FYE*BSP VIP 499702 ". I was not in the habit of checking my statements every month, and I receive them electronically. I did not know what this charge was for, but I get around and it was only $12.66, so I didn't worry too much about it. At the beginning of February I saw this charge again. I checked back and found they had been charging me every month. I called the number and cancelled the VIP card. I also demanded they refund all previous charges. They said they couldn't do that, but they'd put me through to a manager. After 10 minutes on hold I hung up. 08 March 2013 I found the same charge on my card again. I called the credit card company and they put a block on this company.

Never do business with these people. They are scumbags.
