This company withdrew 10.83 on 2/26/13 for some sort of box
accessory. I have never heard of this company and did not
authorize this transaction. Today 3/8/13 I called the company and
spoke with a customer service rep named Alan and he assured me
the money would be credited back to my account in 2-3 business
days. Not holding my breath.
Update: 08/16/2013
I contacted this company by phone, gave them the information of date, time of transaction and company name.. They returned the funds to my checking the next day.
