I ordered a replacement phone and I never received it they charged me 500.00 for it anyway then kept charging me for service after they shut me down because I wasn't going to pay for something I never received After discussing this with them several times they told me I never sent them back my first phone I had to have replaced. I had the same phone replaced 5 times and their policy is they have to receive your old phone back or they will charge you for it but up until the phone that was never delivered I was never charged for any other phone
