I saw the advertisement on facebook and placed a trial order on line which I was supposed to pay a shipping cost of US$3.95 only on 4 January 2013. However, purasilk just charged a sum of US$99.95 to my credit card on 7 Feb 2013 without my knowledge. Until today, I still did not receive any products. I tried to send email to them. I just received a reply as follows:
