HOPEFULLY THIS CULPRIT WILL BE CAUGHT EARLY SO THAT THIS WILL END THEIR CRIMINAL ACTIVITY, PLEASE GIVE ME A CALL IN CASE YOU NEED MORE INFORMATION P.S. (Personal Information Removed)
