I went to change my address at changemyaddress.com. I was charged $19.95 and my mail still has not been forwarded. I reported a problem with the website and someone contacted me. They said it clearly states how much the cost is in two different places on the website and also gives links to the usps.com website. This is false! No where did it once say the cost was $19.95 nor did it ever mention usps.com. The person who contacted me from the site emailed me from

Please pay close attention. I am sad I was a victim of this. Like I said I did not see that it would cost $19.95 until I got my credit card statement. I now have to get my mail re-forwarded through the USPS.
