We hired this firm to represent us in a bankruptcy petition. They withdrew from our bank account 5 draws totaling $1800. That was the retainer fee. We have not yet got a petition or no further contact from them. We cannot get a return phone call. The number we have is 1-877-800-3313. At this point we want a refund and we will go elsewhere in our area for representation so we can meet face to face. We are retired, disabled senior citizens on a fixed income and this loss is unbearable for us.
