I received an email from a friend with a attached about Dr Oz. Green Tea Extract. I watched the video and seemed interested. I went to order 1 bottle and was immediately charged 148.00 on my visa. i called back immediately with a concern and asked to cancel before processed. I was told ok it will be refunded 3-7 days. well i called on March 11, 2013, told it was too late and it was shipped. the representative kept asking for email but at no time did i ever receive one.
I asked could i return back . I was told I would be charged a $5 a bottle return plus shipping and handling cost which could cost me over $50. the package had no return label or invoice. and was not sent ups as they said it was in my regular mail. I was shocked to see this was not the product that Dr. Oz was discussing and I had been misleaded. and allowed this false company to enter my account .
