I never purchased anything my master card got charged, I emailed Quibids , they are telling me if its QuiBids Holdings LLC. Then yes, but my transaction details says QUIBIDS CANADA ULC TORONTO ON. Is this not the same company?? I reported to my credit card company and they want me to deal with the company themselves.
What can I do to get my money back?

We would like to point out that it is impossible for our company to charge a customer's credit card without their permission. The purchase price of the starter bid package is listed three different times on our billing page to make sure the customer is aware of the purchase being made.
