I bough and paid for a sample of their products (Dead Sea Set) if I paid for post and packing. I gave my credit card details.
The product subsequently arrived without any paperwork. On 5th march my account was debited with $150 which is the full price of the product, which I had assumed was the free sample.

- i have the same issue but they havent taken payment yet, phone your bank explain the situation, get them to block dead sea kit from your card. I tried ringing the helpline of dead sea kit today and all i got was a dead line ... this company is a con! I hope you get this sorted.
