Paid for an order a week ago and noticed on the site that the order is still "pending". So I checked their "customer service" link and it says that if you use and "e-check" to pay for your order then it may take "a minimum of 7 business days to clear". Had I known that before hand I wouldn't have ordered from them since their site didn't give me any other option. No bank in this day and age take 7 days to clear a check. And as if this mild irritant wasn't enough, I've tried to contact them but their phone number constantly has a pre-recorded message stating that "due to high call volume" I have to submit my inquiries via email and that "when call volume returns to normal" they number will connect to customer service again. So for three days straight (Friday, Monday and now Tuesday) they have had "high call volume"? And of course no one replies to my email. This place reeks of a scam and I recommend anyone who expects proper customer service to avoid buying shoes from here at all costs.
