Collagenta/dead see beauty kit offrered a free trial of their products. Lots of positive reviews, articles etc to make it very tempting to buy. I was under the impression that it was inexpensive yet more effective than some leading brands so I thought why not give it a try? I sent for my free trial which arrived a few days later, as I wasn't that impressed I decided to return it! Could I get in contact with anyone? NO!! Bogus non existent phone numbers, no replies to my e.mail the my account email given to me did not exist and even before the trial period was up money was being removed from my bank account. I had to return the products at great expense to an address in Israel not the address in the UK. I reported the company to Action Fraud and I urge anyone else who had the same experience to do the same.
