A mattress &Box Springs 3 years ago that was guaranteed not to sag, but less than a year later it sagged so much it is impossible to sleep on and in order to honor thier warantee we would need to remove the above and take pictures of frame with and without plus many other pix involving lifting the above. In other words making it impossible to do all they require to fullfil thier obligation.
