Called for a sewer clog and need it cleaned out. Serviceman got line caught in my sewer line and couldn't get it out and cut it off at entry. Next day they sent out a man with camera to see if line is broken. He claims line is broken and need to excavate to get stuck snake out of line. Told company that they had to get snake out of line and they say I have to excavate at the cost of $3750.00 after paying $239 for a service call. I feel technican was at fault and line is doubled in my line. I live in a house that is over 100 yrs oldand have smaller lines going into larger ones. I had someone else come out to see if he could help and he was shocked that they left line in sewer and what they charged me. I do not intend to let Roto Rooter do anymore work for me
