Received a letter from Gateway International Inc. for North American Consumer Compensation Sweepstakes, stating I won a prize of $250,000.00 and I received a check for $2980.00 which I was suppose to send $1900 for insurance and taxes through Western Union or Money Gram. From the envelope throughout the letter including the check in total there where 5 different addresses and 3 different names, the check was signed by Kent " somebody" my claim agent was Mark Edward and the Vice President who signed the letter was Justin Newman. The office hours stated Mon-Fri 8am-8pm Sat 8am-6pm but I called at 10pm and Mark Edward answered...so glad I didn't fall for this!
